Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer portal and select the order containing the electronic device you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.
Pack with Care
Securely place the device and all included cables or manuals into the original box to prevent transit damage to sensitive circuitry.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the exterior of your package, ensuring old barcodes are covered.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
